• You can use the app completely anonymously.

b. Local Task and Reflection Storage
 

• Your tasks, daily reflections, and progress history are stored only on your device.

• We do not upload or sync any of your content to external servers.

• Deleting the app will erase all stored data unless backed up by your device system (e.g., iCloud).

c. AI-Powered Interactions (Gemini)

• When using features like AI reflections, task suggestions, or breakdowns, your input (prompts) is temporarily sentto Google Gemini API to generate a personalized response.

• These prompts are not stored by XCO.AI Studio, and we do not retain logs of AI interactions.

2. Technologies and Tools Used

We use a few trusted services to deliver essential functionality:

  • Detect and fix crashes (device info only, no user content)

  • Generate smart suggestions and insights from your input

3. How We Use Data

We only use data for the following purposes:

• Operating the app locally on your device

• Generating AI-based task suggestions and reflections (via Gemini)

• Diagnosing crashes or bugs to improve performance (no personal data involved)

You are always in control:

• You may delete your local data anytime from your device

• You can stop using the app at any time, and all your data will remain on your device only

Although all your data stays on your device, we use secure communication protocols (HTTPS) when interacting with Google Gemini for AI features.
No sensitive or identifying data is transmitted.
